Requirements

Responsibilities:
Preparation of accurate architectural drawings and layouts in CAD format
Preparation of detailed construction and authority drawings
To work in collaboration with the design teams and ensure adherence to project brief, stage requirements, Morphogenesis processes and standards
Desired Qualifications/Skills
Should possess a Diploma/Degree in Draughtsman Civil
Should have excellent AutoCad, drafting and software skills
Should be enthusiastic, motivated and a quick learner
Job Title: Project Manager
Reporting To: Sr Partner/Managing Partner
Responsibilities:
Provide a professional Project and Design Management service internally and externally
Chair and minute design team meetings
Support the Architects in successful and efficient project delivery
Contribute to evolution of project management documentation and methods
Thorough knowledge of and compliance with Morphogenesis procedures and standards
Establish studio knowledge management through standardization of CAD, graphic & layering standards, templates, details library, research material, vendor management, samples, specifications etc
Contribute, or otherwise assist, as required
Commercial and contract management of a portfolio of potential projects and projects
Review resourcing estimates and estimate build costs
Calculate fees and prepare fee proposals
Negotiate terms of appointments, sub-agreements etc
Support business growth in key regions
Requirements
Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities
Legally able to work in the country in which the position is based
Computer literate, working knowledge of any Project Management Software is advantageous
Formal qualification in Project Management or Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, Building or equivalent experience
