 Brief Job Description 

  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PPT, human resource statutory laws.
  • Should have good expertise in sourcing profiles from various job portals & sourcing profiles from Social Networks, Database, Internal & External References, Advertisements and Head Hunting etc.
  • Ensuring continuous availability of quality manpower and CRM with prospective, existing and ex-employees.
  • Managing CRM database of all inbound applications on jobs@morphogenesis.org and archiving applications category wise. Ensuring auto response to all applicants.
  • Reference & Background checks for all selected mandates.
  • Assist in Joining formalities & induction for all new joinees.
  • Manage all employee info on the HRIS platform – from employee input, leaves, attendance, appraisals, timesheet to exit.
  • PF – Database administration – updating employee info, new employee input, employee exit date
  • Co-ordination for periodical PMS Appraisal process and goal setting.
  • Weekly HR MIS Preparation in correlation with peer offices.
  • Coordination for Employee Engagement Activities, Rewards & Recognition program.
  • Participate in GPTW and HR congress as a part of the office HR recognition program. Track similar yearly events.
  • HR Publications – initiate the contacts, assist in content generation and enable publishing.
  • Employee reimbursements and claims management.

(Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably with a reputed architect or developer, or a provider of highly qualitative services)

Brief Job Description

  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and CRM software to manage data and contacts productively.
  • Good research skills and initiative driven approach to obtain industry data, client contact information and new business opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Prior experience of filling and submitting RFIs and tenders, both government and private is highly desirable.
  • Coordination internally, with leadership to get updates on their business development activities

  • Thorough documentation is critical to this role, hence accuracy and diligence, and ability to follow processes, is a necessary characteristic.

(3-5 years of EA experience possessing good verbal and written communication skills)

Brief Job Description

  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PPT
  • Experience in calendar and travel management
  • Good communication skills to handle communications on behalf of the partners, arranging meetings, preparing and circulating MOMs
  • Collate data & periodic reports received from various department heads. Assist HR in Employee Engagement activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy where necessary and appropriate, for the discharge of the role and responsibilities.
  • Personal documentation for Founder Partners
