The City Centre, one of the largest commercial developments in eastern India. Positioned at the interface between the city and the township, City Centre creates a much-needed, organized commercial district for Siliguri. The development is a good example of how built form can work with its local climate. The finishes of the building are simple, to create a backdrop for students of local art schools to exhibit their work, enriching the space with urban art and culturally rooting this development in the artistically rich heritage of this region. The project is Crisil Real Estate 7 Star Rated and has won the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) 2012, under the Commercial Projects Category.
