Associate – Design Management

Experience: 8-10 yrs

Education: B.Arch, Masters in Project Management (preferred from a reputed institute)

Location: New Delhi

Project Management:

Liaise with our Project Heads and Teams from diverse typologies and functions – key tasks would include providing advice on efficient project deliveries at site, top consultant empanelment and deliveries, contractual issues, design scopes, fees and payments.

Assist in maintaining compliance with project resourcing plans

Thorough knowledge of and compliance with Morphogenesis procedures and standards and local bye laws, GRIHA, NBCC guidelines

Support the Architects in successful and efficient project delivery and quality control across studio projects. Assist in the preparation of preliminary design and construction programmes and resource cost estimates

Contribute to evolution of project management documentation and methods

Communications Manager

As a member of the Communications team, the Communications Manager will be responsible for working directly with the Head- Communications to promote Morphogenesis through Print & Digital Media, blogs, speaking engagements and interviews creating short and long-form content to be shared across multiple Social Media Channels, Website, Print and Digital platforms. The Communications Manager will focus on developing strategic content and managing the external brand positioning of Morphogenesis, Founding Partners and Director Projects across all three locations. Additionally, the Communications Manager will be responsible for driving strategic messages internally (i.e. firm vision, campaigns, strategic initiatives and other related communications) that connect our people to the firm. The Communications Manager role will work closely with the firm’s PR team and external PR agency to coordinate seamless messaging and positioning of the firm and its leaders as:

Sr. Executive – Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for working with the Communications Team and Senior Leadership including the Founding Partners to design presentations, Internal banners, Newsletters and other digital and print collaterals that contribute towards connecting our people to the firm, our vision and the work that we do. A successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where the key to success is tight communication and strong organizational skills. The candidate must quickly adapt to the firms’ vision and culture. The ability to juggle multiple short- and long-term deadlines is a must. Continual prioritization is critical to the day-to-day success of this role. Desire and ability to work on short-notice overtime is a must.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with the Head Communications and FPs to produce Business Development presentation (visuals), Lecture Presentations, etc
• Work closely and collaboratively with the Senior Executive Communications and Senior Executive – Graphics to conceptualize and design digital and print collateral for Internal Branding.
• Ability to graphically package a Project for Media Outreach (Render Sections, Plans, Drawing, Diagrams)

Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer

Location: Mumbai 

Experience : 1 to 8 years

As an Interior Designer at Morphogenesis; you will be working in a diverse typology of project teams; assisting in conceptual and schematic design stages, working drawings, supporting site and client RFI responses. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design & planning solutions and should be able to capture the design brief of the client instantly. Applicant should have strong capabilities in architectural visualization skills and must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Have a strong interest and understanding of Space Planning and Design Concept development

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the allocated project lead/team to produce project reports, drawings, and other documents to meet project deadlines
  • Assist in the preparation of conceptual and schematic design plans
  • Apply computer skills in a range of packages including CAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite and other software as required

Senior Urban Designer / Planner

Location: Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands

Education: .Bachelors in Architecture + Masters Degree in Urban Design / Urban Planning / Town Planning from an accredited institution

Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in Urban Design, Master Planning & preferably in Smart City Projects

Role: Senior Urban Designer/ Architect to lead its Smart City Project local team on Site.
