The Park

The Park Hotel reimagines the contemporary business hotel as a layered urban destination, where arrival, leisure, work and wellness are deliberately separated yet remain visually and spatially connected. Situated within the rapidly transforming business district of CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, the project capitalises on a site distinguished by unobstructed views towards the surrounding hills and vegetation while benefiting from exceptional regional connectivity, including the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport.

Rather than consolidating hospitality into a singular volume, the project distributes its programme across two interdependent towers, creating a vertical ecosystem of experiences. The taller tower accommodates the hotel’s 250 guestrooms, while the adjoining structure becomes an extension of the guest journey, housing banquet facilities, wellness spaces, specialty restaurants, an executive club, business centre, infinity pool, spa and rooftop dining. This deliberate separation enables multiple hospitality narratives to coexist, allowing business travellers, event guests and leisure visitors to occupy the complex simultaneously without compromising privacy or operational efficiency.

Movement through the development is equally considered. Dedicated arrival sequences distinguish hotel guests from banquet and nightlife visitors, while back-of-house functions are discreetly embedded within the lower levels, preserving the calm of public spaces above. Large double-height volumes, landscaped terraces and generous spill-out decks soften the building’s considerable scale, transforming circulation into a series of destinations rather than transitional corridors.

The architecture responds as much to the city as it does to its occupants. Oriented towards expansive views and prevailing monsoon winds, the stepped composition introduces terraces and outdoor rooms that reconnect hospitality with landscape, despite the site’s compact urban footprint. In doing so, The Park proposes an alternative model for metropolitan hospitality: one where density is balanced by openness, and luxury is defined not by excess, but by the richness of experience layered throughout the building.
