Understanding that art leaves a lasting impression and adds character to the built form, this project sets out to create an intellectually inspiring environment. This aim works well with the firm’s understanding of the new work paradigm of blurred boundaries between work life, social life and personal life. This necessitates a quality of experiential space and a visually enriching environment at the core of the workplace, and in this instance, adds a unique cultural dimension and creative identity to the RP-SG headquarters. The building’s internal structure consists of a diagonally staggered atrium inspired from a multi-tiered, stepped terrace design that exposes the spaces in layers. The building is designed to be a container of artistic diversity, with culture deeply intertwined within the working patterns.
