The design strategy for this residential development evolved from the incredible opportunity that the Bangalore climate presents, which is pleasant and moderate all year round. An in-depth analysis of the site, it’s immediate context and the local culture led Morphogenesis to design an oasis on Bannerghatta Road in Bengaluru. The large modern building façade, equipped with spacious deck balconies, blurs the boundary between indoors and outdoors creating an intermediate space that allows for various activities throughout the day, thereby offering an opportunity to be one with the climate. The development has been designed to create the ultimate sense of arrival with sprawling private gardens. The view line is kept perpetually low to provide a picturesque experience transpired with beautiful landscape elements such as courtyards, gardens, and water ponds that imbue a resort like feel to the development. The lush landscape fills the site, with roads limited only to the periphery, leaving the central greens free for pedestrian movement.
